Many divers I know know where Spain is but not these fantastic islands, red soft corals, grouper, scorpion fish and octopus! The islands are also because of the limestone composition run through with numurous tunnels and caverns, the most famous having a bronze dolphin you have to kiss as part of the course! Many good dive operators in Estartit bar one Calypso who take you out in rough dangerous weather and care little of your safety.
Wait until later in the season though as north Spain takes a while to warm up!
Happy diving
Cheers
